Dr. Kniaziew currently owns several practices in Southwestern Ontario. Dr. Kniaziew previously served as the Council president for the College of Optometrists of Ontario and has also served on several College comittees. Richard has competed in multiple triathlon races, including several Iron Mans.
Dr. Stewart has been in practice for 37 years. He graduated from the University of Waterloo's College of Optometry. Darrel is on the board for the Kiwanis music festival and is very active in the Chatham community. He and his wife, Christine, also do yearly mission trips to a variety of third world countries with Rayjon Share Care of Sarnia to bring eye health to those that would otherwise not receive care.
Dr. Johnson is our newest optometrist on staff. In 2014 she graduated from Nova Southeastern University's College of Optometry in Florida. Alicia was born and raised in Chatham and is happy to be back in the community.
Dr. Schiefer has been in practice for 7 years. He graduated from the Illinois College of Optometry. He enjoys his time away from the office with his wife and two daughters Elise and Nora. Steve is a big hockey fan who also enjoys music and running.

Tina has been working with us for 16 years. She is one of the smiling faces that will greet you at the front desk. She also calls patients to remind them of their appointments.
Vicki is our lab technician who has been with us for just under a year. She cuts the lenses right in our office to fit the frame you select. She performs any necessary repairs on our patients' frames, does pretesting and visual field testing for the doctors. Vicki enjoys working with people.
Jenn is another one of the smiling faces at our front desk. She calls patients to book their annual exams and can set your next appointment before you even leave the office.

Dominique
Dominique started working with us as a co-op student. She has continued to stay with us throughout her highschool career. She will be starting her post secondary education this fall with aspirations of becoming an optometrist.
